Where can I find food trucks for a Webster Groves event?

Explain the event date, location and expected attendance, then ask whether the operator accepts private or community bookings. Menu and serving capacity need to fit the event. Confirm who is responsible for site arrangements and any required permissions.

Which details are worth checking?

Use these points to prepare your questions and compare the options relevant to you:

• Event date
• Attendance
• Service format

What should you confirm before deciding?

Before making a final choice, check that the offer covers the arrangement you actually need. Ask how changes are handled and who answers follow-up questions. Record the confirmation so the practical details are available when you need them.
