How Do I Contact a Business I Find on GoList?

When you find a promising business on GoList, open its individual listing and use the contact details or contact action it has supplied. The route may differ between businesses, so check what is actually available rather than expecting the same option on every entry.
Make the first message useful
Explain the product, service, or event you are asking about. Include the location or date if it affects the answer. For a service inquiry, describe the task briefly and ask what information the business needs to advise you.
You do not need to send a long history or sensitive documents in the first message. Start with enough detail for the business to understand the question and identify a suitable next step.
Confirm the arrangement directly
Ask about current availability, the complete price, and any appointment or purchase requirements before committing. If you are making a visit, confirm opening hours and the actual address. A useful directory listing does not replace the business’s own confirmation.
Do not assume GoList has accepted a booking or payment simply because you have opened a listing or followed a contact link. Read the information on the destination page and keep any confirmation supplied by the business.
