How do I compare HVAC estimates in Webster Groves?

Webster Groves homeowners can request HVAC estimates from providers such as Classic Aire Care and Climate Masters. To compare them meaningfully, give each company the same description of the work you want assessed.

What should you check first?

An estimate should identify the proposed equipment and work, not only a total price. Ask which existing components will remain, what changes are included and whether electrical work, controls or disposal are separate. Replacement recommendations should follow a property-specific assessment.

What should you confirm before deciding?

Compare exclusions, payment stages and the process for approving changes. Ask how warranties are split between equipment and workmanship, and who deals with later service requests. Keep written versions so a revised proposal does not get confused with the original.
