How can jewelers promote repair services alongside product sales?

Jewelry repair should have its own clear service information, even when the shop mainly showcases products. Someone with a broken clasp or sizing question needs to know how an assessment works before visiting.
What should a repair page explain?
Describe the kinds of work the business accepts and how a customer arranges an assessment. Explain that material, construction and condition can affect what is possible. Do not promise a fixed result or price before the piece has been assessed.
What photographs are useful?
Show the business's own completed work with permission, identifying the type of repair and the relevant limitation. Avoid implying that an illustrative image proves the shop performed a particular job. Keep customer names, valuations and identifying paperwork out of photographs unless their use has been agreed.
How can repair customers understand the next step?
Explain the estimate, authorization and collection process, including what happens if additional work is discovered. Separate repair inquiries from product checkout so customers do not need to choose an unrelated item to contact the shop. Ask for feedback on the clarity of the process as well as the finished repair.
