How can I find self-defense classes near Webster Groves?

Before joining a self-defense class, ask what the course is designed to teach and who it is intended for. Explain your experience, comfort level and any access needs relevant to taking part.

Questions to ask before deciding

Discuss the instructor’s background, teaching format and how participation boundaries are handled. Ask whether a trial or observation is possible. Confirm the course duration, group size and full price without assuming a course guarantees a particular outcome.
