How can I find property appraisal appointments near Webster Groves?

When requesting an appraisal, explain the purpose and the intended user of the report. An appraisal for one purpose may not meet another organization’s requirements, so clarify this before commissioning work.

Questions to ask before deciding

Ask about the appraiser’s relevant credentials, inspection arrangements and report scope. Confirm the fee, delivery time and information you must supply. Check any lender or other recipient requirements directly with that organization.
