What should I ask before choosing a driving instructor?

Ask about lesson duration, meeting location, vehicle and cancellation terms. Confirm the preparation or documentation the provider requires for your circumstances. Keep instruction, assessment and any separately arranged test services distinct when comparing packages.

Which details are worth checking?

Use these points to prepare your questions and compare the options relevant to you:

• Vehicle
• Meeting point
• Booking conditions

What should you confirm before deciding?

Before making a final choice, check that the offer covers the arrangement you actually need. Ask how changes are handled and who answers follow-up questions. Record the confirmation so the practical details are available when you need them.
